Boody was born in 2011 along the beautiful eastern beaches of Sydney, Australia.

Conceptualised by two best friends who combined their passions for fashion and health to create an eco clothing brand with comfort, style and health at its core.Today, Boody is available around the world, with a shared aspiration to make our customers look and feel good. Their goal is  to bring you a true sensory experience in your everyday essentials, using natural materials that are in greater harmony with the planet.

Boody is continually on the lookout to design new and innovative everyday essentials to meet the needs of our environmentally aware and health conscious customers who enjoy affordable luxury that doesn’t cost the earth.


Not only is Boody looking to innovate in the materials it uses to create its products, but also in the technology stack that it uses to drive its hyper growth. Prior to launching with Swap, Boody didn't offer exchanges and customers had to use the Royal Mail returns portal to make their return. This meant that Boody's exchange rate was low and also a lot of time was lost by their customer service team trying to understand which customer had sent what back.

Swap has had a transformative impact on retained revenue at Boody. 15% of all customers have opted for a Shop Now feature in place of a refund. This has saved Boody thousands of pounds in just a few months. Boody's exchange rate is now at 21% and increase of over 10%.

As we look to the future and with Swap due to release it's new exchange for anything feature next month, the plan is to continue to increase Boody's revenue retention while offering a seamless customer experience
