The General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR) is EU legislation requiring all non-food consumer products sold in the EU to meet safety standards. Enforced from 13 December 2024, it requires comprehensive risk assessments, safety documentation, incident tracking, and recall management. Non-compliant products face immediate marketplace removal.
