Agentic Commerce & AI

Swap offers AI-powered Demand Planning with a team of AI agents that help brands buy, plan, and grow more effectively. The platform turns inventory and demand signals into actionable insights.

Remark is an AI shopping-assistant layer that adds expert-trained chat and product guidance to the product pages you already have. Swap is a commerce platform: a full agentic storefront plus cross-border checkout, duties and tax, and native returns. Remark improves the conversation; Swap runs the transaction behind it.

Swap reports: 2x conversion rates through AI-guided storefront experiences, 3x time on site with deeper customer engagement, 10x better customer data with first-party keystroke-level intent data, and up to 20% reduction in returns with better sizing, fit guidance, and virtual try-on.

Remark's Shopify App Store listing shows two published tiers as of July 2026: $2,700 per month for up to 50,000 monthly visitors, and $5,200 per month for up to 180,000, with per-session overage above each cap. Pricing tracks site traffic rather than orders or revenue.

For brands selling internationally the gap is infrastructure, not conversation. Swap combines an agentic storefront that converts at 2x traditional sites with cross-border checkout, duties and tax handling, and native returns - so a guided shopper in any market can actually complete the order rather than stalling at a surprise total.

Agentic commerce is a model where an intelligent agent helps a customer find, compare, and buy a product or service. Instead of the shopper manually navigating a static storefront, the agent understands intent and guides the full purchase journey - from discovery through checkout - with minimal friction. Learn how conversational commerce creates the guided interaction layer that agentic systems build on.

A chatbot responds to prompts and stops there. Swap's Agentic Storefront maintains context across the full conversation, surfaces personalized results from your catalog in real time, and completes the transaction in the same flow - no handoff to a separate checkout, no drop-off.

Install Swap Discovery on Shopify. It measures how often your brand appears across leading AI search, against the buying prompts that matter to your category and market, and shows which competitors are appearing instead of you.

By improving the information AI systems use to understand your catalog: product and collection content, FAQs, structured data, trust signals, and other AI-readable information. Swap Discovery prioritizes those changes and lets you make them inside Shopify.

Related, and not the same job. SEO competes for a position on a results page. This competes to be named in an answer, where there are only a few slots. The work overlaps, which is why the fixes land in your product data and content.

AI visibility is how often, and how accurately, AI search names your brand when a shopper asks what to buy. It is measured per assistant and it differs by market, because the same buying prompt returns different brands in different countries.

There is no universal benchmark. What matters is your visibility against the brands you actually compete with, on the buying prompts that matter to your category, in the markets you sell in.
