Swap is an early stage start-up based out of London looking to revolutionise e-commerce returns.


The Demand Generation Marketing Manager at Swap is a revenue focused position that will drive demand through various marketing tactics. You will be empowered to execute campaigns and programs that produce pipeline.


This is one of our first marketing hires so the role inherently comes with significant responsibility and opportunity to shape our marketing strategy.


What You'll Do:

  • Plan, oversee, and drive demand and lead generation efforts including webinars, landing pages, remarketing, email campaigns, and other digital marketing programs across the funnel.
  • Collaborate and manage third party vendors on sponsored programs supporting lead generation efforts.
  • Track and monitor performance of demand programs that lead to conversions, and into pipeline.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to assess performance of lead quality, ensure lead generation goals are being met, and measure effectiveness of efforts at each stage of the funnel.
  • Support the pipeline with experimentation across marketing channels, audience targeting, creative, and messaging, and execute to test your hypotheses.
  • Assist in optimizing, and continually testing the company website.

Your Experience:

  • 2-4 yrs experience in B2B SaaS demand generation experience.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools such as Hubspot or Marketo; experience building reports and analyzing results in Salesforce or other CRMs.
  • A love of analytics and a proven track record of analyzing campaign performance and identifying actionable insights to achieve your key metrics.
  • Positive attitude; ability to collaborate and bring teams together
